Fashion House Group is soon to finish construction of the second phase site of Fashion House Outlet Centre Moscow adding some 4.500 square meters of gross leasable areas. More than 30% of GLA are already leased; while the opening day is planned in November 4, 2016.
Fashion House Group has almost completed the facade designed with accordance to the first phase architectural theme – classical Moscow architecture. The interior design of the second phase will follow the ‘Window to Europe’ concept base on shopping street views from various European cities. With most of the shopfronts and wall panels installed, one can already notice the final look of the main passage, which will take customers to the shopping streets of Paris. Mantling of stone on the floor in the mall has been started. Ceilings are ready and the final installation works are ongoing.
The second stage of the Outlet will have a total area of 5.650 sqm and GLA of 4.500 sqm that will accommodate 30 new brands. Similarly to the first phase, it is seeing strong interest from both international and local brands. In particular, Melon Fashion Group, one of the largest retailers in Russia, leased 700 sqm of retail space for its two fashion brands befree and LOVE REPUBLIC. They joined the list of tenants including Baon, Superstep, Mr. Sumkin and Kanz Shoes.
After its completion, Fashion House Outlet Centre Moscow will have a total GLA of over 20.000 sqm and will be home to 132 brands. The scheme will offer customers top quality international and domestic brands, available all year round for 30%-70% less than original prices. The impressive portfolio of tenants includes: Tommy Hilfiger, Furla, Pinko, adidas, Reebok, US Polo, Tom Tailor, Benetton, Nike, Puma, Lacoste, Tru Trussardi, Samsonite, Salomon and others.
