The Freddie Awards were established in 1988 by leading industry magazine InsideFlyer and today are among the most reputable awards for loyalty programs, rewarding the best loyalty programs in two key areas of the tourism industry – airlines and hotels – every year. Previous winners have included Air France-KLM, Lufthansa, American Airlines and Southwest. The famous Freddie Awards statuette has become a symbol of the highest global recognition for an airline loyalty program that meets the requirements of the sophisticated modern passenger.

Aeroflot Bonus is the largest loyalty program in Russia and CIS countries, with more than 7.1 million participants. Members are credited with miles for flights operated by Aeroflot, Rossiya, Aurora or SkyTeam airlines.   Aeroflot serves 146 destinations in 52 countries.

Aeroflot’s 232-strong fleet is the youngest of any airline worldwide that operates more than 100 aircraft. In 2017, Aeroflot carried 32.8 million passengers (50.1 million passengers as Aeroflot Group including subsidiaries).
