Italian Bulgari Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Russian businessman Alexey Bogachev (a partner of Sergei Galitsky in a retail chain Magnit) for construction of a luxury hotel in Moscow. The project developer is the Moscow-based company Storm Propeties. Antonio Citterio and his team Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners will work on the design. The hotel suppose to serve it first guests in 2019.
The hotel will be placed in a few buildings in Kislovodsk Middle Lane. It is planned to have 65 rooms and suites, including the Bulgari Suite of 300 square meters with a 600-meter roof terrace, a gourmet restaurant and Bulgari bar, as well as 1600-meter spa area with a swimming pool of 25 meters long. Total investments are projected at about $ 200 million.
Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is owned by Italian company Bulgari (LVMH group) specialized in production of luxury goods. The hotel in Moscow will be the seventh Bulgari Hotel in the world following the hotels in Milan, in Bali and London (opened in 2004, 2006 and 2012 respectively), and hotels in Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai to open in 2017.
