How much can a man live in Europe? And a woman? Are there differences between the sexes in terms of work, duration and hourly pay? The answers to these questions are Eurostat, which has published new data on its website today.

Life expectancy: for men it is 78.2 years, while the Europeans find that they live longer, 83.6 years. Other differences emerge in the work: a man works on average 42.2 hours per week and earns 16.8 euros in one hour, compared to 39.9 hours work (per week) of women who are paid on average 13.8 euros every sixty minutes.

Europeans live a long time, they earn well (compared to many other geo-political areas): perhaps for this reason they produce many trash: the annual garbage production for each European is equal to 482 kilos.
