By 2019, IKEA Centers Russia, which is managing MEGA and IKEA retail complexes, will construct its third shopping center in the Leningrad region, reports Rbc citing the company’s statement.
The new mall will be situated on a plot of 40ha in Anninsky rural settlement of the Lomonosov district located in the Russian region of Leningrad.
“New Mega shopping center will become the third center owned by IKEA Centers Russia in the region and one of the biggest in Leningrad region,” the statement reads.
At present, two shopping centers operate on the territory of the Leningrad region. These are MEGA Dybenko with an area of 180 thousand square meters and 130 thousand square-meter MEGA Parnas. In total, IKEA Centers Russia owns 14 MEGA shopping centers in 11 regions of Russia.
