According to the Federal Customs Service (FCS), in January-February 2016, Russia’s revenues from gas exports fell by 27% compared to the same period of 2015 amounting to 5,405 billion dollars.

However, during this period, Russia exported 32,2 billion cubic meters of gas registering an increase of 17% compared with January-February 2015, including to non-CIS countries (24,7 billion cubic meters, grew by 32%) and to CIS countries (7,5 billion cubic meters, decrease of 14.7%).

According to the data from the Federal Customs Service, in 2015, Russia exported around 185,5 billion cubic meters of gas receiving 41,844 billion dollars revenues.
