Italian entrepreneurs and top-managers confirmed their participation at the III Yalta International Economic Forum (YIEF), Crimea. All the arrangements were reached during the YIEF Foundation delegation visit to Italy headed by its Director Sergey Lazutkin and Deputy Director Marina Rakhmanova, reports the YIEF press service.

Italian business delegation at the Forum will be headed honorary Consul of Russia in the Marche region dottore Marco Ginesi, who received the official invitation signed by the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

Italian entrepreneurs show particular interest in development of the agricultural sector in the Peninsula, namely beef cattle farming and production of meat products following Italian recipes. Several development companies showed interest in construction of public facilities in Crimea, in particular music halls and congress center.

The Crimean delegation held in Italy several meetings with representatives of the cities of Pesaro and Loreto, provinces of Pesaro and Urbino. They presented information on investment potential of various economic sectors of the Peninsula and discussed doing business under current conditions of special economic zone (SEZ) established in Crimea.

International Yalta economic forum is an annual international business event held in the Crimean city of Yalta. Along with the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) and the International Investment Forum in Sochi, the YIEF is one of the top-four economic forums held in Russia.

This year the Forum takes place from April 20 to 22, 2017.
