Moscow authorities put sport complex Kamchia up for sale, reports Interfax with reference to the press service of the city Department of Competition Policy. The resort is located in Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast on a lot of 31 hectares.
Resort Kamchia will be sold at auction. The initial cost of the lot is 6.05 billion rubles; the deposit for participation is 1.2 billion rubles. The auction is opening on April 19.
The resort was built under former Moscow’s city administration. It was opened on September 2010, a few days before the resignation of Yuri Luzhkov from his post as mayor of Moscow city.
