The first institutional partner supported by the Ice Agency to promote the Italian wine in the world starts
The first institutional partner of Italian wine in the world, supported by the Ice Agency and the Ministry of Economic Development, will be presented during the 2018 edition of Vinitaly (Verona, 15-18 April).
Italian Wine – Taste the Passion was born with the aim not only to enhance Italian wine, but also to enhance the style and uniqueness of Made in Italy, of which wine has become one of the main heralds in international markets. The promotional campaign will start from the United States, the reference market for the export of the Belpaese viticulture. In 2017 Italy was the first supplier, in quantity, for stars and stripes wine lovers, but only the second in value. The campaign will take place in 2018 in two periods: May-July, September-December, before then moving to China. The funds made available for “Italian Wine – Taste the Passion” amount to 20 million over 3 years. No specific declination has been planned for the Russian and Eastern Europe rossufono markets, although this market is in strong recovery and considered “strategic” for Italian exports.
