The Russian President Vladimir Putin, French President Emmanuel Macron, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde will attend the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2018. John Micklethwait, the Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg, international media holding, will moderate the plenary session.

‘Building a Trust Economy’ is the key theme of the Forum. Against the backdrop of troubled global circumstances, trust among the countries and business partners, people’s trust in the state, in new technologies and in each other is what will empower us to overcome the artificial barriers in the world economy and politics and will become a mighty boost for global economic growth.
