Russian President Vladimir Putin approved a list of assignments on the measures directed to improve investment attractiveness of a sanatorium-resort complex, reports Kremlin website. In particular the head of the state ordered the government to introduce a resort fee. Its rate, however, was not specified.
The government was also assigned to empower the Federal Tourism Agency to promote tourist services of a sanatorium-resort complex both on national and global markets. At the same time, Mr Putin asked to create legal instruments to introduce obligatory ecological assessments of constriction projects for resorts and sanatoriums.
The document also provides for the development of an action plan to encourage private investments in Russian sanatoriums-resort complex until April 1, 2017.
