Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet Italian Prime Minister during St. Petersburg Economic Forum, refers Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov. “There are scheduled several important meetings, in particular a meeting with the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic,” he told reporters.
St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held from June, 16-18 and will see a large delegation representing Italian business community. It is named as a particular moment in the development of the relations between Italy and Russia.
Previously, the Italian Ambassador to Russia Sergey Razov spoke on the importance of this even during Italian-Russian business forum held in Catania in mid April organized by Association Conoscere Eurasia and Roscongress.
“St. Petersburg Economic forum will be a great opportunity to strengthen relationships between the two countries; we expect an important Italian delegation in head with Prime Minister Renzi,» Mr Razov said back then.
