Two retail parks will be erected in Moscow region with shops, auto centers, warehouses and hotels totaling 100 thousand square meters, 7.5 km from Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).
According to the deputy head of the regional government German Yelyanyushkin, Moscow authorities have already approved the project concepts of the both sites. Now, a building developer will have to develop and agree space-planning solutions for them.
The parks will be located on a plot of 35 hectares (15 and 20 hectares respectively) in Tomilino village in Lyuberetsky distric, Moscow, in close vicinity to ‘Ural’ M-5 federal motorway.
Retail parks of 50 thousand square meters each are expected to be construct on the two plots of land with commercial centers, whorehouses, hotels, auto centers, and car parkings for 1.3 thousand spots.
The construction project is expected to be implemented in two stages: the first park to be erected in 2017 is the one located on the plot of 20 ha, the construction of the second one is scheduled for 2018.
